A useful first look
This conversation is intended for one clearly defined engagement. Before the call, you answer six short questions about the role, client relationship, instructions, schedule, equipment and ability to work for others.
During 45 minutes we identify which facts point toward genuine independent activity and which may suggest personal dependence. We also distinguish classification questions from adjacent issues such as tax registration, immigration permission or employee leasing.
Included
- Review of your intake answers and one contract of up to 15 pages
- A private video consultation in English
- A short email recap of the main risk areas and next-step options
This format does not include a formal written opinion, clause-by-clause contract review or correspondence with authorities. If the facts are too extensive for a useful orientation, the fee can be credited against a full Freelance Status Assessment booked within 14 days.
Before the call
Bring examples of how work is assigned in practice. Consider whether you can reject tasks, appoint a substitute, set your own hours, negotiate fees, carry rework risk and present your services to other clients. Specific examples make the conversation more useful than labels used in the agreement.
