Company Engagement Practice Review

A review for organisations using several independent specialists, focused on recurring instructions, integration patterns and onboarding practice.

Look beyond a single template

Organisations often use a carefully drafted freelance agreement while project leads create a different reality through fixed schedules, leave approvals, line-management language or indefinite allocation of ordinary staff tasks. This review examines one recurring engagement model rather than pretending every contractor is identical.

Typical scope

We agree a sample of contracts and statements of work, speak with the person responsible for onboarding and interview up to three project leads. The report identifies recurring classification indicators, inconsistent practices and questions that should be taken to employment, social-security or tax counsel.

Deliverables can include an instruction-and-integration checklist for project leads and a factual engagement map. We do not provide a badge of compliance, rewrite contracts, run payroll, or classify unnamed individuals without reviewing their circumstances.

Pricing basis

The fee depends on the number of engagement types, interviews, documents and locations. After a 25-minute scoping call, you receive a written scope, fixed estimate and timetable. No work begins until that scope is accepted.
