Privacy notice

How Techworkgrid handles enquiry, consultation and website data. Effective 14 August 2026.

Controller

Techworkgrid, Level 9, 41 Leopoldstraße, Munich 80802, is controller for personal data described here. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@techworkgrid.digital or made by phone at +49 89 5550 2180.

Data we process

We process contact details, enquiry text, service choices, appointment information, billing records and the documents or factual answers you deliberately provide for an assessment. Technical server logs may record IP address, requested page, timestamp, referrer and browser information for security and delivery.

Do not send special-category data, identification documents, tax IDs or unrelated personnel files through the contact form. We will explain an appropriate transfer route after scope is agreed.

  • We answer pre-contract questions and deliver booked services under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • We retain invoices and required business records under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • We secure the site, prevent misuse and maintain necessary records under our legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable German telecommunications data-protection law.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or sell it.

Recipients and processors

Access is limited to personnel and contracted providers who need data for hosting, secure communications, accounting or professional support. Advisers and public authorities receive information only where authorised, instructed by you or legally required. Confidential case material is not shared for advertising.

International transfers

We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary protections where required. Details relevant to your data are available on request.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation working files and correspondence are generally retained for three years after the end of the calendar year in which the engagement closes, unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer. Tax-relevant invoices and accounting records are retained for statutory periods, commonly eight or ten years depending on the record. Security logs are normally removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent. We may need to verify identity proportionately before acting.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The competent authority for our establishment is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Cookies and local storage

Our preference record and any optional analytics are explained in the cookie notice. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit consultation information or the contact form.

Changes

We update this notice when services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
