What changes an estimate

The standard assessment assumes one working relationship, one contract, up to five supporting documents and materials in English or German. Additional engagement periods, several contractual parties, extensive correspondence, urgent deadlines, lengthy translation or interviews with both sides may require a revised scope.

Company reviews are quoted individually because the number of engagement models, locations, interviews and document sets varies. The estimate identifies assumptions and deliverables; additional work requires written approval.

Payment

Private clients pay the agreed fee before the consultation begins. Companies may be invoiced on 14-day terms after a credit check. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or hidden administrative fee.

The fee covers independent analysis and explanation. It does not include legal representation, a Deutsche Rentenversicherung filing, tax calculation, contract drafting, travel outside Munich or fees charged by third-party advisers.

Cancellations and scope changes

Appointments can be moved without charge with at least two business days’ notice. Document-review work is charged according to work already completed. Full conditions are set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
